The Start of Something New

I have lived in a place called Oakley for many years.

In this work a new oak leaf sprouts from a bed of ivy and undergrowth.

The oldest oaks live for hundreds of years and have a disproportionate affect on their natural environment. It is no wonder that I am in awe of this little living thing.
